FORZA founder Lee Kemp will be giving a special seminar at the MMA World Expo in New York City on nutrition for MMA fighters. The Expo is a 2 day event, running Saturday, February 16th to Sunday, February 17th and showcases all aspects of Mixed Martial Arts, from seminars by masters in various combats sports, to Jiu-Jitsu and MMA competitions, to appearances by renowned fighters.
